When u opens your page or the page which is shorten by the adf.ly, is not loading and showing blank page like as shown bellow.
As the Adf.ly is having Problem with there own issues, but still we can get access to this sites.
Steps to Gain Access:-
- chose the link which is shorten by adf.ly.
- place it in the Address Blank(as shown in the image above).
- In front of the adf.ly type "v1." and then press enter, see the image below.
- I am sure the page will load.
NOTE:- It just take you to the Old Version of adf.ly.

If above trick fails try this
write HTTPS:// in front of adf.ly.
It doesnt work that way .In the Url, Simply change http to HTTPS, as normal host and secure hosts are different, thus the IP Blocked by DoT will not block httpS://adf.ly/xxxxx
